Net ordinary income better by 576.60%. Last year we lost over $32,000. This year we made over $100,000 which was used to pay off the 2010 accounts payable, and internal borrowing as well as maintain current accounts and fund all budget accounts for the first time the we can find in the records. We have awarded the contract to have 19 trees removed as part of our pledge to use your money accurately and keep the property standards high. Work will be started on that within the month. The main entrance was paved, we rebranded Alton Bay. The entrance was redone with an electric sign and the new logo. The Lombard Center walkways were rebuilt with a paver look. The Lombard Center Kitchen has a new floor and the rotting wall board had been replaced. The TAB had new brighter projectors installed. There is much more that is happening. We just want to show you that we are continually striving to improve and upgrade Alton Bay. Thank you for all of your support as we work together and with the Board of directors utilizing the new "three bid policy", the "spending authorization policy" and full accounting responsibility.
