We love our volunteers! The Alton Bay Christian Retreat Center could not do what we do without the incredible dedication and servant hearts of our volunteer community. Each year, volunteers play a vital role in helping us serve the Lord and care for our beautiful lakeside campus.

We are actively seeking volunteers for the upcoming summer season. If you’re interested in joining us, please fill out the volunteer card below — include your name, phone number, and email address. In the comment section, let us know the areas where you’d like to serve.

There are so many ways to get involved, including:

Grounds upkeep, beautification, and flowers
Kitchen help (dishwashing, serving, and special events)
Ice cream nights and weekend game planning
Light maintenance and handyman projects
Leading or assisting Bible studies
Helping with Vacation Bible School (VBS)
Morning choir and worship support
Water ski ministry
Morning and evening service assistance or A/V support
Filming or photography on the grounds
Snack shop assistance
Lifeguards and youth activity chaperones
Weekend office help
Overseeing sports events (basketball, volleyball, pickleball, cornhole, and more
